Decked Out House is most desirable when rented as single party 5-bedroom, 3+ level vacation home. The "Entire House" is the name for combination of the ground floor studio suite and the 4-bedroom Main House which is levels 2 and 3 together.
The "Entire House" offers 5000 sq feet of living area (3000 inside and 2000 out). All rooms and levels are can be made accessible to every other room by means of interior stairs. In total there are three kitchens, one on each level.
Beds by room and floor levels are:
Floor 2:
Bedroom 1:Corner day beds that can be rearranged to fit snuggly together to be a queen.
Bedroom 2: queen bed (a single daybed can be added).
Floor3FloorFloor 3:
Bedroom 3 (Palm Suite): Queen, 1 single daybed, futon couch.
Bedroom 4 (Family bedroom): 1 split king bed, twin bunk beds.
Floor 1:
Bedroom 5/ studio apt: 1 double bed, one extra long single, one futon sleeper couch.
Floor 4 Loft: Firm foam double mattress
Additionally available are 2 single daybeds, single loft matress and 1 crib.
Level 3: Nautical Family Room
Beds: Split King and Bunk single beds
Partial Level 4 loft with mini-door to lookout deck
Beds: double mattress, plus optional single matress
Ground level studio with double, singlebeds and very comfortable dbl futon sofa
