Decked Out House is most desirable when rented as an entire private vacation villa. The "Entire House" is the combination of the ground floor studio suite and the 4-bedroom Main House or the combination of levels 2 and 3 combined .

By design Decked oiut House functions best as one spacious unit. All rooms and levels are accessible to every other room and level by means of interior stairs. The "Entire House" vacation rental section consists of 3+ levels and 5 bedrooms, sleeping loft and spacious great room. In total there are three kitchen as follows:

Floor 2 , main level, large full kitchen.
Palm suite's kitchen with stove top, 1/2 refrigerator, microwave, toaster coffee pot and sink.
Ground floor full kitchen in a Studio Suite.

In addition, the Nautical Family Room is equipped with a 1/2 refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and room sink.

By special arrangement another 1st level bedroom may be added to be a 6th bedroom if the party size is at least 12 guests.

Decked Out House has 3000 sq feet of interior and 2000 sq ft of exterior living area.
