Crib or 1 additional bed: No Charge
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. With the exception of monthly rentals,this deposit is refundable minus a $150 cancellation fee per unit (level*) of rental of reservation per each week* of reservation, if written cancellation is received at least 75 days prior to reservation date. After 75 days prior to reservation date, the deposit is not refundable for any reason, including acts of nature, transportation failure, or personal hardship except for circumstances which cause closure of Decked Out House. Travel insurance is recommended.
For monthly rentals, the deposit is 50% refundable if written cancellation notice is received 90 days prior to the reservation date.
The final non-refundable payment of the remaining 50% plus hotel tax and service fee is due 45 days prior to reservation. Visa and Master Card and accepted.
*Unit of rental = Unit(level) #1, 2 or 3 or any 1 room if rented individually
**1 week is 1-10 nights, 2 weeks =111-18 nights, 3 weeks = 19 -25 nights, etc.
