All decks and stair railings are child safe. To protect toddlers, the great room is separated from stair landing by a heavy wide pocket door. For child bathing, there is a regular bath-tub with a fun waterfall faucet.
Belize's Decked Out Family House furnishes infant and child life-jackets. House kayak and canoe types were chosen for stability. Have fun exploring mangrove lines lagoon canals by kayak with your toddler seated tightly in front of you inside one of our Old Town Otter kayaks.

Placencia Belize's Decked Out House can be quite affordable for a large family or multiple families. Very frequently 2 or 3 families share the house without forfeiting privacy as each family can choose bedrooms on separate house levels.
