Reservation Confirmation
Once you have received verification of availability, a 50% deposit is required
to confirm your reservation. By submitting your reference number into the reference box you will view your reservation details and an on-line Visa/Mastercharge system to be used for making deposits. Reservation offers expire in 48 hours, after which your reservation is no longer held. If your number fails, it may have expired. Contact inquiry@deckedouthouse.com to have the expiration date extended.
Deposits are refundable minus a $150 cancellation fee for each unit (level) of reservation per week if written notification of cancellation is received within 60 days of the reservation date. After 60 days, deposits are not refundable for any reason save closure of Decked Out House. Final payments are non-refundable. Deposits for four weeks or longer are non-refundable.
