Great room, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath
The second floor is the main floor and lovliest one of the house. It hosts the Queen's Room, a 650 sq ft area great 630 sq feet, including the gourmet kitchen. It also hosts, the "Sunkiss Master Bedroom", the "Lizard Loo" bathroom, and the versatile and private "North of the Border Nook " that is perfect for dining, sitting, TV watching and sleeping.
Great Room
The great room offers fine mahogany wood paneling and cabinets. The living- dining room area has a high ceiling with fine wood beams.
The dining room is part of the great room. Its seating area can be expanded to seat 14. It hosts a main table for 8 to which plus 2 additional table of same width can be added.
The dining area has a bay window with a wide French doors that open to a spacious deck. It offers a terrific view of a lagoon and passing boats.
The kitchen has granite countertops and amber limestone inlaid floor. Cabinets are of fine mahaogany. The windows are wide, though which one can view passing boats.
The kitchen is well equipped with full stove, large refrigerator with freezer, wine glasses , coordinated dishings, blender, toaster, coffee pot , juice maker and cooking equipment.
Sunkiss Room
This 2nd level room has Santa Maria hardwood walls and beamed ceilings. Its wide french doors open onto a large covered veranda. Its comfortable bed is queen in size. Sunkiss room has an in- room sink and a private entrance into the spacious Lizard Loo.
There is plenty of closet and storage space so there is no need to trip over baggage. Unpack and stay a while.
North of the Border Nook
Located off the kitchen, this room is quite versatile in regard to uses. It walls are of beautiful Santa Marie hardwook with mexican decor accents. It is a perfect place to dine, play cards or one of the house's board games, or watch TV. This room has two comfortable corner single beds (one is extra long) that can be rearranged to fit snuggly together. The table is on rollers for flexibility of room functions. This room offers air-conditioning.
Lizard Loo
The main level has one spacious bath which is home to many lizards. The shower offers a surprise which should not be spoiled by revealing it here.
The 2nd Main Level aptartment hosts the house's great room.
Watch out for the Lizards!
