Our Bicycle Fleet: Bicycling is a very common form of local non-motorized transporation. The Peninsula is flat, making biking easy.
Our fleet of 6 bicycles, include two 24-inch ones. Many have
attached baskets for transport of needed groceries. Decked Out
House Main House guests are supplied with a minimum of 4 bikes.
For those renting one floor a mininium of two bikes are available.
Fiberglass canoe - The 3-seater canoe is great for lagoon fishing
or touring. It can carry 3 adults or 2 children and 2 adults.
Kayaks: The house has 2 recreational kayaks that are perfect for exploring
the mangrove lined lagoon canals or traveling by small boat to
nearby off shore bars/restuarants.
Boat Moorage: Placencia does not have a public overnight moorage
area. Those with boats usually moor of shore. At Decked Out House moorage during your stay as a house guest is complimentary. The dock is 75 feet wide.
Life Jackets: Life jackets of infant, child and adult sizes to are
provided, and required for kayak and canoe use.
Games: The house is stocked with board games, cards, poker chips
and Belize's favorite table game, dominos. The variety ranges from
Candy Land to Monopoly.
DSL connection -No charge wireless.
Cable TV - A TV is on each house level.
Phone - A line phone is available to guests, who start off with a complimentary $5 prepaid phone card.
