Decked Out House is conveniently located in Placencia Village proper on a lagoon harbor, an inlet of the Caribbean Sea.
The Placencia beach is amongst the best beaches in Belize. It's Queen's Easement assures that all beachfront is open to the public. One can stroll on its white sand for miles. The sea is an easy 2 minute walk from Decked Out House. Just a 1/2 mile beach walk north is Francis Ford Copula's Turtle Inn.
Decked Out House is situated with water on both its North and South sides. Thus refreshing sea breezes pass through its many decks and many open French doors and windows. The majority of Decked Out House rooms stretch 30 feet from the house's North to South sides, both of which are bordered by water. Every room and has a terrific water view.
This fabulous Belize vacation home has 3 full floor levels plus a 4th level sleeping loft. Its total rental area is over 3000 sq ft inside and 2000 sq feet of outside decks.
The "Main House" is the name for the combination of levels #2 and #3, which are usually rented together as one 4 bedroom +, 3.5 bath house. It includes a spacious and luxurious great room and private entrance which services both levels. Its dining room can seat up to 14 guests.
The main House can also be seperated into two apartments, Unit #2 and #3, each with its own design and two bedrooms. This is more commonly done during summer months.
Decked Out House's 1st floor hosts a 425 sq ft studio suite. It can be rented seperately or in conjunction with the upper two floors.
The combination of the levels #1, #2 and #3 plus sleeping loft is named the "Entire House". It has 5+bedrooms, 3 of which are very large suites. By arrangement an additional 1st level bedroom that is adjacent the studio may be added to form a 6 +, 4.5 bedroom house.
One unique feature of the Decked Out House is its frontage on a 120 ft wide marina. One can swim or fish right off the house's private dock located only 20 ft from the house's front deck. It's a great place to relax with a cool beer, or soft drink in hand. Here you launch the house's sturdy and stable canoe or recreational kayaks. Water tour or scuba boats often will board you here.
