Decked Out House specializes in high quality affordable accommodations for families and groups. This spacious and well appointed home has 3 full floor levels with 5 bedrooms plus leeping loft. Partial house accommodations are also available.
This luxurious and family oriented vacation rental is conveniently located in Placencia Village proper between two wide lagoon canals that are inlets of the Caribbean Sea. Thus refreshing sea breezes pass through its many decks and many open French doors and windows. The majority of Decked Out House rooms stretch 30 feet in order to take full advantage of both North and South sided waterfront views. This spacious vacation home has 3 full floor levels plus a partial 4th level sleeping loft. Its total rental area is over 3000 sq ft inside and 2000 sq feet of outside decks.
The "Main House" section is the combination of levels #2 and #3, which are joined by a private interior stairway. They are usually rented together as one 4+, 3.5 bath house with a spacious great room.
Decked Out House's 1st floor has a 425 sq ft studio suite. It can be rented separately or in conjunction with the upper Main House's two floors to form a 5 bedroom/suite "Entire House". If one desires just 3 bedrooms, One bedroom can be closed off.
The House's private dock lends itself to relaxing under its thatch -roof palapa, swimming, fishing or launch the house's sturdy canoe or recreational kayaks. Water tour boats often will board you at the house dock.

Main level (Fl. #2 ): 2 bedrooms, great room, 1 bath
Level #3: 2 bedroom, 1 with kitchen, 2 baths
Main level plus 1 Rm: 3 bedrooms, great rm. 3.5 baths
Main House: 4+ bedrooms, great room 3.5 baths
Entire House: 5+ bedrooms, great room, 4.5 baths

Bed Arrangements Beds by room and floor levels are:
Floor 1:
Studio apt/bedroom 5: 1 double bed, one extra long single, one futon sleeper couch.
Floor 2:
Bedroom 1:Corner day beds that can be rearranged to fit snuggly together to be a queen.
Bedroom 2: queen bed (a single daybed can be added).
Floor 3:
Bedroom 3 (Palm Suite): Queen, 1 single daybed, futon couch.
Bedroom 4 (Family bedroom): 1 split king bed, twin bunk beds.
Floor 4 Loft: Very comfortable double mattress
Additionally available is 1 single day bed, 1 crib.
