Floor Layout
Decked Out House has 4.5 baths, a spacious great room with large kitchen and 6 rooms that can function as bedrooms, 5 of which are routinely used for vacation rental. Two of these bedrooms, the Palm Suite and Simon's Studio, have kitchens and also function as efficiency suites. Two bedrooms are on each floor although the smaller 1st level one is not routinely rented.
From the plans you will see that floor #2 offers a very large great room (17 x 30') plus Kitchen and one small and one medium -small bedroom plus 1 bath. The 3rd floor has 2 extremely large rooms and 2 baths. Both level 2 and 3 consist of 1130 interior sq feet. Additionally exterior decks add 1800 sq feet of living space.
Below are the owner's intial plans from which the final plans where made. They closely resemble Decked Out House today, the notable alterations being furniture placement.

Level 4: ( Partial level -Children's/ Sleeping loft with low ceiling) No plans available. A sleeping loft with double and single matress is over the 3rd level baths and hall closet. It has a wall fan and louvered window/door that leads to Look Out Deck. Loft is accessed by ladder stair or from Look Out Deck and 3rd story deck.
