Entire House (Levels #1, #2,#3 Combined) Decked Out House is most desirable when rented as an entire private vacation villa. The Entire House consists of 3+ levels and offers 5 bedrooms plus sleeping loft, two of which are spacious suites with bar/ kitchens. By arrangement an adjacent bedroom with private patio may be added to be a 6th bedroom. Main and Level #2 (Also Apartment #2 if rented separately) The second floor is the main level and loveliest of the house. It hosts the Queen's Room, a large 650 sq foot great room with a large luxury kitchen. Also on the main floor is the "Sunkiss Master Bedroom", the "Lizard Loo" bath, and the versatile "North of the Border Nook." It is perfect for dining, sitting, TV watching and sleeping. Main and Level #2 (Also Apartment #2 if rented separately) The second floor is the main level and loveliest of the house. It hosts the Queen's Room, a large 650 sq foot great room with a large luxury kitchen. Also on the main floor is the "Sunkiss Master Bedroom", the "Lizard Loo" bath, and the versatile "North of the Border Nook." It is perfect for dining, sitting, TV watching and sleeping.. Main Kitchen Granite countertops, custom mahogany cabinet, inlaid limestone tiled floors, large windows with view of passing boats, large microwave, coffee pots, toaster, blender, electric juice maker, wine glasses and tasteful dinnerware. Sunkiss Room The Sunkiss Room, the 2nd floor's master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and wide french doors that open to the 36' x 11' covered deck that overlooks the marina. This lovely room has a it's own sink and entrance to the Lizard Loo. Sunkiss Room is sometimes available as a single room in low season. Level # 3 ( #3 apartment when rented separatively) Level 3 is the top full level. This 1140sq ft floor has two large bedrooms, including an especially beautifu suite that is with bar/kitchen. There are 2 adjoininh baths. Palm Suite Our guests frequently rave about this suite. It features fine mahogany walls and ceilings. Full glass french doors open to a north sided marina fronted sun deck. Its matching south side doors open onto a 450 sq foot deck with a spectacular view of the Village, Placencia lagoon and Caribbean Sea. From its deck one can ascend to the fourth level lookout deck that offers a panoramic view. The Palm Suite has a bar/kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and stovetop. Its living dining area is furnished by a mahogany and palm tapestry futon couch and table for 4-6 persons. It's queen size bed is a heavy mahogany and with hand carved headboard by a Belizean artist. This suite also has a single day bed. Nautical Family Room Decked Out House's Nautical Room is the most casual room of the main house. Its walls are of handsome mixed hardwoods. This family room hosts a custom made king bed that is very tight fitted long twins, which are topped with a king size mattress. This room is large enough for a whole family as it also has bunk beds, a crib, loveseat and a table for 4. It has a private bath with shower, plus an in-room sink. The north facing french doors open to a sun deck. A large glass door on the south side opens onto the large third floor deck. The north facing french doors open to a sun deck. Level #3 Baths There are two adjoining baths, divided by a solid lockable door. The Palm Bath is well appointed with lovely tiled walls and counter. Enjoy soaking in its tub that is adorned by a waterfall faucet and marble mosaic candle box, as well as a shower faucet. The Dolphin Head is the Nautical Room's Master Bath. Fish adorn it. Level 4 (Available as part of Entire or Main House) The fourth level is a partial level that hosts a sleeping/children's loft that has a plastic bladed wall fan and a mini-door/ window. It opens onto the look-out deck. The loft is also accessed by a ladder-stair from the third floor deck. Level #1 The ground floor hosts the 420 sq foot studio suite, with full private bath and kitchen, a common 1/2 bath, the manager's quarters, laundry, and storage. The front entrance for both the main door and studio main entrance is off a 400 sq ft deck. Studio Suite The 1st floor studio hosts a separate living area that is partitioned off by 1/2 wall its double bed. There is also a single daybed and futon couch. The kitchen has a full stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee pot, dishes and cooking utensils. The unit is quite nice but less luxurious than the Main House. Happy Iguana Room
