The 3rd level, the top full floor has two very large bedrooms, one a suite. These rooms are the largest of the 4 bedrooms belonging to the Main house. This floor can be rented separately as a large two room suite. During low season, each of the rooms may be rented individually at very affordable rates .
In each room French doors open to sun porches that overlook the marina. South
doors of each room enter onto a 425 sq. foot covered deck that offers spectacular views.
Palm Suite
Having waterfront on both its front and back sides the house, the Palm suite, benefits from plenty of sea breeze that flows through its numerous open-air windows and French doors.
The largest bedroom, the Palm Suite, is an especially gorgeous room with fine maghogany paneled walls. It hosts a bar/kitchenette with 1/2 refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. The suite has it own large walk- in closet/ dressing room. This room is favored by couples.
Its furnishings include a futon couch of palm fabric, hardwood table for 4-6 persons, hand carved hardwood queen bed, a single day-bed and cable TV.
Nautical Family Room
This spacious bedroom has attractive mixed wood hardwood walls, beds and ceiling. Its floor is hardwood and tile. Furnishings include a loveseat, table and chairs, King bed, which convert to 2 extra long twins. This room is favored by family and other small groups.
Level 3 Baths
This floor has two adjoining baths that are separated by a solid door.
Children's Loft
Over the baths and closet is a shallow ceiling sleeping loft which is the delight of our younger guests.
The loft is well equiped as it has a mini-door, a large louvered window which opens to a lookout deck, and a ceiling fan. It offers a comfortable double foam mattress. Additional single mattresses are available.
