The combination of levels 2 and 3 is named "Main House ". It offers 4-bedrooms plus a sleeping/child's loft. This main area is exceptionally lovely and offers interesting and unique decor.
The Main House offers three master bedrooms, an air-conditioned den/sleeping room, sleeping loft, 3.5 baths and 1600 sq ft of covered decks. Each level offers 2 bedrooms, 2 small on the 2nd level and 2 large suites on the 3rd level. Both levels have a kitchen but have very different floor designs. There are a total of 9 individual beds plus 1 futon couch and 1 extra single bed:
Sunkiss room - Level 2: 1 Queen Bed
Den/bedroom Level 2: 2 single daybeds - Can be split queen
Palm Room: - Level 3:, 1 Queen, 1 single daybed plus futon couch
Family Nautical room -Level 3: 4 Twins (1 set of Bunks & Split King)
Sleeping loft - Partial 4th floor: 1 double
