Christmas weeks and Easter weekend has a 20% surcharge. Included in rates are complimentary use of kayaks, canoe, bicycles, prepaid phone, wi-fi, and cable TV in each unit.
Additional person fee is $100/week each adult and $50 /week each additional child of under 13 yrs in age.
Rates are plus 9% hotel tax and 1.5% service fee. Travelers checks, Bank drafts, money orders, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
* This star indicates that the 1 or 2 bedroom option described may only be reserved less than 5 weeks in advance of your reservation date. Palm suite is only available less than 3 weeks in advance ecept duting summer months. During shoulder weeks two bedroom options are not available for Thanksgiving week.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. For per night and weekly rentals, the deposit is refundable minus an $150 cancellation fee, if reservations are cancelled at least 75 days prior to your reservation date. For monthly rental, deposits are 50% refundable if cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to reservation date. After 90 days deposits are not-refundable for any reasons save closure of Decked Out House during reservation dates. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Updated August 2, 2011
