This room is named for its uplifting decor of cheerful colors and Iguana fresco. This room usual is reserved for management use.
This 1st floor offers this additional bedroom/studio by special arrangement for groups of over 10 people and only when rented in conjunction with the "Entire House" as a sixth bedroom. Availablity is limited. This room must be reserved at least 30 days in advance.

There is a doubled doored bath between the studio and Happy Iguanas' abode, which is for the private use of the studio guests unless the same guest party also rents this room .
