| Level #1 Apartment or optional 5th bedroom The ground floor is more modest in decor and rate than the upper two more luxurious levels. This 1st level hosts the 420 sq foot studio apartment with full private bath and kitchen. Separate from the apt, staff quarters, a garage, the laundry and entrance foyer for the upper two house levels are located on the ground floor. Facing the North sided marina is a 400 sq. ft on which the entrance to the studio apartment is situated. This apartment is suitable for 1-3 people. The ground floor studio has a living area that is separated from the main sleeping area by a partial wall. The kitchen has a full stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffee pot, dishes and cooking utensils. The 1st floor studio offers a double and single bed, plus futon couch. This unit has phone, wireless internet, and TV. Unit #1 when rented in conjunction with "Main House" rental is considered the 5th bedroom and 5th bath. This combination is known as the "Entire House" Also available in low season is the Palm Suite, which is on the third level and has a Kitchen.
